Magnesium Oil Spray

Now with more in each bottle! The 2.3 oz bottle contains approximately 1426 mg of elemental magnesium & each spray contains approximately 3.1 mg of elemental magnesium.

How to Use: Initial Use: Spray 1-4 times onto clean skin and gently massage into skin. Magnesium is typically applied to arms, legs, feet, and/or stomach. For muscle cramps & pain: spray directly on problem area. After several days, you may begin to increase sprays. Use 1-2x daily.

Note: Tingling or a slight itching sensation may occur when initially using. If this is bothersome, you can wash off area or apply lotion after 10 minutes.

Ingredients: Genuine Zechstein magnesium chloride (and trace minerals), aqua (deionized), lactobacillus ferment (leucidal liquid sf)
